switch to/from super-script mode: ctrl + shift + p
switch to/from sub-script mode: ctrl + shift + b
The sub-script shortcut does not appear to work. Under "tools"->"Customize" the shortcuts can be changed. sub-script does not appear to work with crtl + shift shortcuts but seems to work with crtl shortcuts.
The best way to implement sub and super-scripts is to add buttons to the toolbar.
