point a network printer to http://server:631/printers/LaserJet-1020
and use the cups windows driver from http://www.cups.org/windows/index.php
This driver only supports the US-Letter paper size, therefore I might have to download the proper LaserJet 1020 driver for windows.
Just tried the HP driver for the LaserJet 1020 and it works fine now.
